Reliance has access to an extensive network of over 130 depots and 2500 vehicles. In excess of 35000 shipments are successfully delivered every day.
Delivery can be made to any mainland UK destination by the following deadlines:

· 12:00 *
*Time definite surcharges will apply.
Deliveries can be made to any Highland or Offshore destination with a 1-4 day delivery commitment depending on the destination, additional surcharge would apply.

International Delivery.
Do you need to organise bulk delivery of material for inserts or for conferences? Worldwide? Then let us help you. If we hold your material, but you need to send some of it to another location or venue, we can arrange it for you
Our commitment to you includes packaging your literature accordingly, arranging for courier delivery, obtaining the necessary signatures, and ensuring the staff at the venue know the intended recipients. If it is an overseas delivery we will handle all customs requirements and settle all applicable fees and charges. The price we quote will include everything from packaging to delivery.
All Couriers either International or UK are all tracked and Proof of Delivery will be provided.

Machine and Hand-Enclosing.
An essential component of any direct mailing exercise! At Reliance Courier Distribution we recognise that the best technology will provide the quickest service for our customers, and this is why we have invested in an industry leading Phillipsburg inserting machine. The Phillipsburg can make multiple insertions in the right order for your enclosed mailing.
It can enclose an average of 4,000 items per hour. Alternatively, if the insertion is of a larger or non-standard size our operatives can insert between 500 and 1,000 items by hand per hour each!

Database Storage and Management.
A mailing is only as good as the information you extract from your customer / prospect database. It is vital to keep the database up to date, otherwise you waste money sending out literature which will not reach the right target. You also run the risk of annoying the recipient with a mailing which is either unwanted or incorrectly addressed and spelt.
Reliance Courier Distribution manages databases on an ongoing basis to prevent these sorts of mistakes.
All our clients use databases, which they will ask us to keep on record here. We will store the information and each time a mailing is sent out we will manage the returns for them - updating the database to take account changes of address, 'gone aways' and those who no longer wish to have their addresses on a database.

Warehousing Services.
As you would expect in a quality direct mail company, Reliance Courier offers warehousing and distribution for all your material. However this is not just a run of the mill service.
We provide:
Secure storage
A separate and secure area of our warehouse, specifically designated for your material only. Each individual area is labelled and the details entered on computer.
Stock control
A fully computerised stock control system for tracking all material, from delivery to post-mailing. As your company material arrives at the warehouse prior to despatch, we will input the details on computer, including codes, and location of stock within the warehouse storage bay. As batches go out, the system automatically updates, allowing us to keep you accurately informed of stock levels.
Easy location of items
Every item of your stock, whether envelopes, brochures or paper, is stored, numbered and labelled under the title of your company or assignment. It is recorded on computer and also on a manual system so there can be no mistaking the identity of each item. Any member of our staff can locate your material within minutes.
Stock Control Reporting
It is easy to lose track of stocks if you are sending out frequent mailings, as there are often variations in the number sent out in each campaign. We can provide you with monthly stock reports (or more frequently if you request), showing usage, mailing dates and remaining stock levels.

Laser Printing.
A separate printroom, located within our premises, is equipped with the latest laser printers providing high quality laser output of personalised letters. Again by utilising a number of machines and employing a flexible system, we are able to process a variety of jobs simultaneously. No hold-ups, no delays, no fuss.
Printing on standard paper sizes such as A3, A4 and A5, on pre-printed stationery or plain carrier-sheets, no job is too small or too large. And with our quality control, every job is produced to the highest standards. If labels are required, these too are produced on a laser printer, ensuring a consistent quality output.
We also offer traditional inkjet printing, capable of addressing most formats, from postcards to envelopes. Whether it be an address, a reply address on the back of an envelope or a response code that has to be placed in a particular part of an order form, our state of the art machines produce output of a standard, second to none.

Overseas Consolidation.
For International Mail, we are able to offer a consolidation service whereby we sort and consolidate together all mail going to specific destinations worldwide. The mail is then bagged and labelled accordingly and delivered by Swiss Post International directly to each foreign country.
Since Reliance Courier are specialists in direct mail, our Overseas Consolidation service has also been designed for direct mail items only. There's no complicated jargon with us and no delays in sending mail to agents or third parties.
All items are sorted, franked and bagged here at Reliance by our highly trained staff who have more than 25 years experience in overseas consolidation. We will sort and despatch your mailing the same day it has been enclosed.
